Yes we are in times of Covid so lets give these people a little benefit of the doubt.

However if I could give this garage less than 1 star I would. Extremely rude. Said it would take 2 days to fix my car... week three still no car back. Started looking on gumtree thinking they had actually SOLD my car due to the lack of information.

Hung up on me frequently when I tried to find out what was going on. Could hear them talking about me when I asked to speak to the person who knew WHERE my car was as they transferred it behind my back.

Wouldn't recommend. Don't waste your time or money here. Took for me to get someone else to ring and for me to arrange another garage to pick the car up to fix it and then suddenly it was done. Asked for a MOT too which they didn't do. So nearly £700 and three weeks later. I got my car back but not without a fight, another garage getting involved and paying hundreds more than we had agreed.

Get everything in writing if you have the balls to come here. Or do what I should have done and avoid at all costs.
