Lately RML services has been awful .
They diagnosed my vehicle incorrectly with too many faults . And didn’t write the diagnosis properly. When we took the vehicle to Mercedes , it came back with just one fault .

In another occasion they changed the incorrect battery when cars auto stop start didn’t work properly. And charged me around £400.

Being local I will avoid them in future . The owner was very rude . Please avoid this garage in future and go elsewhere.

Unprofessional, dodgy and terrible correspondence. This company have avoided admitting to causing serious electrical faults to my car and then proceeded to cover it up and charge me for repairs. I’m £500 down and the initial repair is still unfixed. Avoid at all costs! 8 months of absolutely hell dealing with this ongoing situation and the manager decided to ignore answering my questions and will not warrant any repairs breaking contract.

Stay well away from this rip off merchants they will charge you for work they dont do my campervan was standing for six months due to covid wheel bearings went walkees tyres rotten load of bs they charged me £690 after saying it was £500 to do all the work stay well clear

Cliffwell Service Station in Amble .. We put our Jeep Compass in for some work to be done, cost over £700, they gave us the Vehicle back in a very dangerous state, took it to another garage to check it and found out that very little work has been done on it and what work they did is a pure bodge job, Cliffwell refuse to give us our money back or accept any responsibilty. Want to warn other people thinking of getting work done there….

Yes we are in times of Covid so lets give these people a little benefit of the doubt.

However if I could give this garage less than 1 star I would. Extremely rude. Said it would take 2 days to fix my car… week three still no car back. Started looking on gumtree thinking they had actually SOLD my car due to the lack of information.

Hung up on me frequently when I tried to find out what was going on. Could hear them talking about me when I asked to speak to the person who knew WHERE my car was as they transferred it behind my back.

Wouldn’t recommend. Don’t waste your time or money here. Took for me to get someone else to ring and for me to arrange another garage to pick the car up to fix it and then suddenly it was done. Asked for a MOT too which they didn’t do. So nearly £700 and three weeks later. I got my car back but not without a fight, another garage getting involved and paying hundreds more than we had agreed.

Get everything in writing if you have the balls to come here. Or do what I should have done and avoid at all costs.

quick and easy mot and service on my car , also easy for me to drop off first thing and pick up after my work on the same day

There driver collected my car for it’s MoT and returned it when finished , it was a very good service with regular communication , what a bonus being collected and brought back , brill thank you very much from janet

Beware, have had work done here they fitted a track rod end and tyres, the tyres weren’t balanced so had to go back and they didn’t track the vehicle after fitting the track rod end which is a critical part of that repair, didn’t tell me they hadn’t tracked it leaving it over 11 degree out and letting me drive it away!
Also charged more for not tracking it as all the other local garages the tracking was in with the price.
Basically they are still charging full price including the tracking even though they don’t have tracking equipment.
